Mobile Director of Tigo Ghana to attend Barcamp Cape Coast’15

Barcamp Cape Coast 2015 will be the 48th Barcamp Ghana event being organized by the GhanaThink Foundation under the theme “Equipping the youth to plan their future today.” The event, which comes off at 8am this Saturday, 12th September  2015, at the University of Cape Coast – Faculty of Education Lecture Theatre 9 (or FELT 9), will examine how young people can leverage on ideas to plan for their future lives and dreams.

Our guest for this event is Tara Squire. Few résumés read confident and experienced as Tara Squire’s.

A life-long learner and multi-tasker, Tara has a diverse background in telecommunications, banking, FMCG and consulting with global brands such as Vodafone, Airtel, Unilever, British American Tobacco, Lebara and Standard Chartered Bank. The Tigo Ghana CCO’s reputation as a commercially savvy business manager is built on his uncanny ability to spot consumer trends and to inspire and rally teams to success.

He has thrice built high performing teams, has been the force behind the brand identity of well-known brands, and is credited with several high impact product campaigns within the telecommunications industry.

Tara’s presence will give participants the opportunity to interact with a commercially savvy and telecommunications executive. He will be sharing his thoughts on telecoms in the digital age.
